A Learner's Apprenticeship
Journey

From career inspiration to skills development to apprenticeships, we have everything a learner needs to succeed.
"A learner's journey to employment must align the employer requirements with the expectations of the learner. The CSE takes a step-by-step approach, guiding learners along their journey to success."

How our CSE Program Supports Students

Skills Council of Canada's CSE team has carefully considered the types of support, resources, and tools a learner needs on their journey to employment.

Exploring the Trades

Skilled trade workers are in high demand. Accessing the CSE will allow learners to explore opportunities and develop in-demand skills for the careers of the future.

Career Development

The CSE is built in collaboration with a network of partners, ensuring all learners have access to the training, support, tools, and resources needed to overcome barriers to finding a fulfilling and sustainable career.

Your Support Team

We are your partners to success. Access to mentors, tutors, coaches and more, are all available through the CSE.

Learner Portal

The CSE was designed to help learners discover and develop their interests in the trades. The CSE guides a learner from assessment to skills development to apprenticeship in one easy to use platform.
