Test Description
This test measures the candidate's capacity to manage and supervise a team, and assesses communication and customer service skills, understanding of basic accounting documents, and competency in using basic computer applications. The test covers several subject areas:
Customer Service
Assesses the candidate's ability to provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
Evaluates the candidate's knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items, preparation, and presentation.
Event Planning Skills
Tests the candidate's ability to plan and execute events, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with vendors.
Business Communication
Assesses the candidate's written and verbal communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and professional tone.
Leadership and Management Skills
Evaluates the candidate's ability to lead and manage a team, including delegation, motivation, and conflict resolution.
Basic Arithmetic
Tests the candidate's understanding of basic arithmetic concepts, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Computer Knowledge for Windows
Evaluates the candidate's competency in using basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This assessment can be used to measure the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, and Restaurant Area Supervisor.
