Test Description
This test measures the candidate's ability to timely and accurate process US payrolls, and to update and verify all changes related to salaries, withholdings, taxes, insurance, and garnishments. The test covers several subject areas:
Accounting and Bookkeeping Principles
Candidates will be tested on their knowledge of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger entries.
Human Resources
Candidates will be tested on their knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including employee benefits, payroll taxes, and employment laws.
MS Office
Candidates will be tested on their proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Customer Service
Candidates will be tested on their ability to provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Management Skills
Candidates will be tested on their ability to manage a team, including delegating tasks, providing feedback, and motivating employees.
It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: Senior Payroll Coordinator, Senior Payroll Specialist, Senior Payroll Accountant, and Senior Payroll Analyst.
